✿EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY✿

We strictly do not accept any returns because of a change in mind. A refund or exchange due to a defective item varies on a case by case basis. Kindly inform us via Instagram DM or trulycaelia@gmail.com within 5 days (Singapore/Malaysia delivery) or 10 days (international delivery) from shipping date. We reserve the right to reject any return parcels. 

Kindly note that there are bound to be imperfections in handmade jewellery. Here at Truly Caelia, each art piece is carefully and slowly crafted. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the product being handmade, minor imperfections are inevitable. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for small imperfections.
